Aramid flame retardant fabric is a permanent flame retardant fiber with heat resistance, high strength, high wear resistance, good flexibility, low shrinkage, stable chemical structure, no droplets burning, no toxic gas.
Aramid flame retardant fabrics have good dimensional stability and can be used for a long time at a temperature of 250 ° C. The heat shrinkage rate is only 1%. The fiber softening temperature is 373 ° C, and the decomposition begins when it exceeds 400 ° C. When the decomposition, the fabric surface of the flame retardant fabric is thickened, the fiber expands, and the heat transfer is prevented from cracking at 900-1300 ° C outside the cloth surface without cracking. For different dyeing methods, there are different properties:
1. Dyeing of raw liquid: Add dye to the fiber before spinning, weaving and weaving, never fade.
2, after dyeing: fiber dyed yarn or cloth after dyeing, color fastness, dry and wet friction level 3 or above.
Aramid flame retardant fabric can be added with anti-static fiber when weaving, and the cloth can be treated with oil and water repellent. The garment has the following functions:
1, permanent heat and flame retardancy, the limit oxygen index Loi is greater than 28;
2, permanent antistatic properties;
3, permanent acid and alkali and organic solvent erosion;
4, high strength, high wear resistance, high tear resistance;
5. No droplets are produced in case of fire, and no toxic gas is produced;
6. When the cloth is fired, the cloth surface is thickened to enhance the sealing and does not break.
