2. Crosslinker dosage
The cross-linking agent can crosslink the flame retardant and the cellulose molecule to form a network structure in the flame-retardant finishing process, and enhance the washing durability of the flame retardant fabric, and the film forming property of the cross-linking agent on the surface of the flame retardant fabric directly determines the fabric. The cross-linking agent has little effect on the flame retardant properties of the flame retardant fabric, but has a great influence on the hand feeling, tear strength and durability of the flame retardant fabric. The cross-linking agent is improved in flame retardant and wash-resistance by cross-linking with the fiber macromolecule and covalently bonding with the flame retardant. 3, The amount of catalyst
In the flame-retardant finishing process, the catalyst can quickly crosslink the crosslinking agent with the flame retardant and the cellulose macromolecule during the baking process, thereby improving the flame retardant finishing effect. However, the catalyst is mostly acidic, which has a great influence on the strength of the flame retardant fabric, and the dosage must be strictly controlled.
A suitable catalyst can improve the flame retardant effect on the flame retardant fabric. However, when the amount is too much, the cotton fabric is resistant to alkali and acid, which causes the fabric strength to drop seriously, and the whiteness and feel are slightly decreased. The choice of catalyst dosage should fully consider the strong factors of the flame retardant fabric, and immediately neutralize with alkali after printing to reduce the strong damage to the flame retardant fabric.
4, Baking temperature and baking time
The effect of baking temperature and baking time on the flame retardant fabric is self-evident. The covalent cross-linking of the reaction of flame retardant, cellulose macromolecule and cross-linking agent must be completed in the baking process, suitable baking The temperature and baking time can make the film formation sufficient and the washing durability is enhanced.
When the baking temperature is too high, the baking time is too long, the flame retardant fabric is brittle, and the tearing strength is lowered. When the baking temperature is too low, the reaction between the flame retardant and the crosslinking agent is insufficient, and the washing durability of the flame retardant fabric is deteriorated.
