The fabric is pretreated according to the method, and then the ignition test is performed according to the method of EN532.

Inspection operation process and preparation
Preparation of test samples (mainly single-layer fabric): six test samples (200 ± 1) mm X width (160 ± 1) mm, three of which are radially cut, and the other three are weft cut And installed on the cloth clip.
Humidity and temperature adjustment: The test sample shall be placed in an environment of relative humidity (65 ± 5%) and temperature (20 ± 2) °C for at least 24 hours for state adjustment. After the state is adjusted, if the test is not performed immediately, the state-adjusted test sample should be placed in a fully enclosed container. Take the swatch from the fully enclosed container or from the adjustment environment and start testing within 2 minutes.
Adjustment of the test environment: The test is carried out in an environment where the relative humidity is between 15 and 80% between 10 and 30 ° C, and the rate of air flow through the surface of each test sample is 0, 2 seconds at the beginning of the test.
The operating position of the igniter is such that the igniter is at a perpendicular angle to the surface of the test sample such that the central axis position of the igniter is 20 mm above the lowest row of lancets and should be in line with the vertical centerline position of the test specimen. Detection operation process

Pretreatment process of textile fabrics

The sample was washed five times with 1 g/L IEC detergent soft water in a front loading horizontal drum washer, and finally dried according to the method specified in ISO:6330:1984.
There are no other special provisions in the label. The water wash is applied by the 2A method, the temperature is controlled at (60 ± 3) ° C, and then the sample is dried by the method E (drum drying).
The test samples were thoroughly cleaned and identified with an identification mark, and only 5 dry cleanings were carried out in accordance with ISO 3175. If the fabric or clothing has no identification label, the fabric should be tested separately after five washes and five dry cleanings.
Temperature and humidity adjustment
Unless otherwise specified in the test method, the textile test piece shall be placed in an environment of temperature (20 ± 2) ° C and relative humidity (65 ± 5)% for at least 24 hours, and the leather product shall be placed under the same conditions for at least 7 days, and then Test separately. Immediately after the relative humidity and temperature adjustment in this environment, the test sample was removed from the environment and tested within 5 minutes.
The breaking strength of textile fabrics is judged in the transverse and latitudinal directions of the fabric according to the requirements of ISO5081. (The minimum breaking strength should be 300 Newtons)
In the lateral and latitudinal direction of the test sample, the tear strength of the textile fabric is judged according to the requirements of the A1 method in ISO4674:1977 version, and the test is performed in two directions at right angles on the plane of the fabric and according to ISO3374. It is required to judge the tear strength of leather products. (The minimum tear strength should be 15 Newtons)
Evaluation of shrinkage rate (size change)
According to the dry cleaning method or the water washing method, the shrinkage rate of the textile fabric is judged according to the ISO5077. (shrinkage rate is not more than 3%)
Assessment of the spread of flame burning
After the test sample is washed or dry-cleaned according to the prescribed method, the combustion spread property of the fabric is tested by the method of EN532.
Effect of falling metal droplets on fabric properties
After the test sample is washed or dry cleaned, the effect of falling metal droplets is evaluated in accordance with EN348.
If the average drop of the drop on the ten test samples is between 15 and 15.5 drops, then the second ten swatch test is to be carried out. The grading class should be based on the average of the twenty swatch tests.
