How to eliminate defects in flame retardant fabric dyeing production
Flame retardant fabrics often encountered in the dyeing process of dyeing color difference, color stripe pattern, color light reproducibility, dyeing agent optimization, dyeing white spot, bleaching section rotten cotton spot, folds, alkali spots, macula, alkali mud, wax stripes, burn folds, track printing and other defects.
The main dyeing defects in the production process of flame retardant fabrics are as follows:
1. If the grey fabric of flame retardant fabrics is of good quality, the dyeing rate is high, the dyeing depth is good, and the fabric surface is smooth, even and plump; if the grey fabric of flame retardant fabrics is of poor quality, the dyeing of white star and fabric noodles is serious. Therefore, when it comes to grey fabric containing dead cotton and miscellaneous flame retardant fabrics, it is necessary to strengthen the pretreatment process to ensure the safety and reliability of production, at the same time, as far as possible to clean the cotton miscellaneous treatment, boil the dead cotton thoroughly, improve dye uptake and flame retardant fabric quality.
2. In the bleaching process, the dead fold of the flame retardant fabric is serious, and the fold on the flame retardant fabric has been formed auroral print. This kind of fold is difficult to deal with, so it can only be used in the future after high temperature and ultra-wide stretching, then light grinding process, the auroral print will be smoothed, and then re-boiled and bleached, so that the damaged flame retardant fabric fiber can be repaired by swelling, and finally high. The alkali mercerizing treatment is used to flatten the creases.
3. Crawler prints often appear in heavy flame retardant fabrics. They are the same as crawler prints in dyeing. However, because of their different forms, the appearance of crawler prints on flame retardant fabrics after dyeing is different (black and white stripe prints). Usually we see the trackmark is a weft-wise cluttered black horizontal marking, this trackmark is due to the trackcase flame retardant fabrics hit too thick piled indentation, sometimes if the trackmark is lighter can not be considered, dyeing off the machine will not be too obvious. If the pleats are too obvious, they can be removed by a hot heap and then re-washed; white striped tracks on flame retardant fabrics suggest a hot-alkali heap process followed by concentrated alkali mercerization to improve the penetration dyeing rate of the scalded area. After repairing the flame retardant fabrics, the heavy trackmark still appears white mark. The workers can only make up for it by improving the dyeing process.
